• No to the scroll wheel question and yes most mouses ive used are capable of drag click

• Yes, the mouse scroll wheel is fully programmable, left right up down, however if you assign a different function to the scroll it will activate for every time you scroll it forward activating very many times in a short period. You only have keep the window open to change the settings, after that you can close the window and the software will run in the background.
