Yes it does. Also you can calibrate the mouse to your mousepad so that it is even more accurate when lifting.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This mouse can be 1/16 off the surface and still track, so for practicality it does need to be in contact with the surface.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. You can lift it up very little before it doesn't register.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It has some leeway on lifting. Not half an inch but maybe a quarter an inch or so. I've played with the sensitivity settings and it does a decent job of tracking that, but be careful, it can also jump around with too sensitive of settings for that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just checked and another answer here had it right. You can set the lift off from the default of .1mm to 1mm.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The product guide for this product on the Razer site touts "lift-off cut-off distance as precise as 0.1 mm", so no you can't lift the mouse 1/2 inch and still track. This is ability to NOT track is a selling point of this mouse. I will say that I went to this mouse from the Logitech G602 and the shape of this mouse doesn't make you want to lift the mouse off the surface as much as the G602. The ergonomics help keep the mouse flat on the surface better than the Logitech IMO.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes and you can adjust the lift off height as well.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No I'm lifting it off the mouse pad and the cursor stops moving.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just tested this for you. You have to have the mouse on the actual service to track. It definitely does not track when lifted up. I'm assuming this is for quick position changes for gaming without unwanted tracks.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. The mouse will still track about a centimeter off the mouse pad
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
