This headset is not wireless. It has a USB connection but can also be plugged directly to your soundcard. It has a fairly long wire length.

Please try again later.Unlike the Total Black version, this product doesn't have wireless capabilities which allows it to be priced much cheaper than ones that are wireless. I do have to say that I have owned my headset for almost 2 months now and have experienced no problems with it. I have no history with the other model but based on the coments on it it seems like this pair is a better quality headset.

It has the mic switch and volume control. The second cord is longer and attaches to the first one to make it long enough for game consoles. You can also buy another extension if it's not long enough for you.
