Amazing Gaming Headset!
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendI went through two other headsets - the Razer Kraken Pros and the Steelseries Arctis 5. Didn't like the other two (Krakens felt cheap and the cable wasn't nylon, sound was average, and they kind of smashed my glasses) (Arctis 5 was comfy - although the headband was a little goofy and felt strange, and had the sound controller, but the 7.1 sound overall was not as good as the man o' war.) So i decided to go with the Razer Man O' War and was not disappointed. The ear cups are big enough for my ears and reduce more noise. The mic is stellar and cuts out a lot of background noise. It is extremely comfy with my glasses on. The cable is super long so i can stretch it all the way around my desk. Only drawback is it doesn't light up like the Arctis 5, and I wish it was wireless, but for the price, this is the best headset (Wired) that I have ever used. I play World of Warcraft, Fallout 4, Witcher 3, and a bunch of Steam games as well as use it for skype and Voip to talk to my buddies and it works amazing for everything I have put it to.

Great for a little while

Loved these but hated the earmuffs!

Quality5 out of 5Value5 out of 5Ease of Use5 out of 5Great headset but hated the earmuffs they were uncomfortable and it's annoying to have the Razer application to run in the background to make it sound good. Kinda like what issue did but I hope Corsair can eliminate that so we can use the headset features instead of having to run your software application in the background which does waste time and resources with your system. Unless that is if you have plenty of hyperthereading with your processor but I am picky :D I like space :D

Killer Bass Gaming Headphones
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendHave used these for around 5 months. In terms of sound, it's a must use with Razer Synapse software, which enables you change the equalizer levels and bass. Bass Boost enabled will literally make your ears ring with the volume all the way up in games with deafening explosions such as PUBG's redzone (which I personally like). The microphone is one of the best you can get in a pair of headphones as it is crystal clear. Durability wise, there's a bit to be desired, the headband seems a bit flimsy and it's something to take care of (you might wanna avoid throwing these out of rage). Comfort wise, I wished the headband had a bit more padding as I can last for a few hours but have to take off the headphones every now and then to take a break from having them on. I have used these for 5 months and no problems yet.

Xbox One Headset
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendI purchased this headset because I wanted the playback of my voice back into the speakers. This is idea because it helps prevent you from yelling at the mic when chatting with people on Xbox One. Distance from TV works well (about 15 ft that has been worked for me). I've used on Battlefield 1, ESO, 7 days to die - all work perfect for me. It has a variety of sound options but I usually leave on bass/treb boost. I love the "mic off" option which is nice. Another huge plus for me was the fact no wires to my remote and it has a built in recharge battery which I plug directly into my Xbox to charge.

Very nice
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendThe overall sound on these is very nice. It is compatible with Razer Synapse which is something I didn't know when I purchased this. The ear pads fit very comfortably and can be worn for long periods of time. I will sometimes wear glasses while using these headphones and they remain comfy for a while, the only problem is that the ear pads aren't designed for glasses and can move them around. The microphone is nice because it can be easily modified using Razer Synapse and is compatible with Razers customizable surround sound experience. The cable for it is split into two pieces. Attached to the headphone is a regular headphone jack that can plug into a phone, and I think an XBox controller. The second price is a long extension that converts the jack into USB. On the cable it comes with a volume control wheel and a microphone mute. This volume wheel can completely turn the sound off and is very easy to move (this is sometimes a problem when I take my headphones off it will adjust the wheel slightly) Overall this is definitely one of, if not, the best pair of headphones I have purchased based on hardware alone, but adding the fact that it can connect with Razer Synapse is very nice and made it easy to set up and more customizable.

Much better than the Logitech
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendBought a pair of Logitech 930 headphones for my son two Christmas's ago and he enjoyed them. Thank goodness for the warranty I purchased however because we used the warranty to death! I think we were on a first name basis with the return people at the Best Buy I shop at! These new Razer headphones he tells me sound so much better in his ears and his friends online say they have a much more natural sound to his voice. So far, no issues so I have my fingers crossed that we have a superior product now.

Almost Perfect.
|Posted .I would recommend this to a friendLED's? ...nope. But the sound quality is amazing, Lots of bass and a large on-screen EQ to adjust. The 7.1 actually works, and it works very well. The cord length is good for using at a desk but it also comes with an extension if you need it. The mic sounds pretty good, better than TB, no complaints from friends. But it also has Mic Monitoring which is worth its weight in gold. When you download the Synapse app you can adjust the volume of your own voice, without lag. The ONLY thing I don't love about this headset is the comfort, which can be a problem for some. Don't get me wrong, they don't give you a headache, but they need more padding on the top band. So all-in-all this might be the best headset I've ever used. They have almost every option you need (on PC). I play PUBG for hours with these on and they don't hurt, they just feel a little heavy after a while. But I need that massive BASS sound these headphones have, so I sacrifice a little comfort for sound quality. Also, nothing else in this price range has all these features.

Q: QuestionThe pics in your site display a cord but is a wireless headset...Wrong stock picture? Could you help me understand the use of it? Thank you
Asked by Francisco.
- A:Answer This model is a wired headset. This line of headphones has many different models, so some of them are wired and some aren't. If you are looking for wireless headphones, the Total Black Man'o'War could be a possibility.
