Yea, with the 4post it can hook up with you phone or even ps4 controller and the mic works fine.

However, the external sound card which comes included can only be used if you have a USB to plug in to (duh) so a PC or Mac can utilized the 7.1 sound feature, while all others have standard Stereo like every other headset on the planet.

Please try again later.This headset uses a 3.5mm jack and a converter to USB which makes it comparable with Phones, PCs, XBox, and Play Station 4 (I might have missed a compatable device so check the site for additional devices) But in terms of playing sound through this headset and another audio playback device I don't think it's designed to do that.
