A:AnswerHe can and they'd be good but there are 2 ways to really get the full potential. If he sits close enough to his xbox 1 the wire should work (or get an extension wire too) and he'll get the full effect. He can plug it into his controller and they'll still work perfectly well. Or get the one set that's above this that is wireless. Either way I love these.
