Yes you can use the charging cable and have a wired mouse.

Yep. You can keep it plugged in if you want. However, be aware that if you do so, the lighting features don't work 100% and you'll notice occasional flickering on the mouse. Seems like for the synapse/chroma light features to work optimally, the mouse must remain wireless. That doesn't stop me from keeping it plugged in though.

Yep. You can keep it plugged in if you want. However, be aware that if you do so, the lighting features don't work 100% and you'll notice occasional flickering on the mouse.
