• YES they can. I've had mine hooked up to the front of my PC till i saw this question just now. Tested it out and it works great! TBH sounds even better plugged into my monitor than my PC. And I no longer have that cable sticking out of my PC. I very happy with these speakers. Thank you for your question!

• Yeah comes with aux cable in the box. Also if you have a pc or laptop you can hook up via usb

• Yes, they can. It was the same reason why I bought them. All you need to do is connect the aux cable into the appropriate port and that’s it; take the USB chord that’s attached to the speakers and just wrap them up neatly since you won’t need them unless you plan to connect them to your computer and use Razer Synapse in tandem with the speakers.
