The keypad is primarily designed for right-handed people. It is meant to replace the keyboard in pc gaming where the dominant hand is usually on the mouse. I hope this answer provides the specification that you're looking for.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.think of this as the "qwerty" half of a keyboard. It's intended to be used with your left hand, and the mouse with the right hand. There's nothing saying you couldn't use this with your right hand and a mouse with the left, but I suspect it would be uncomfortable and difficult to do so. The pieces do not separate - you can't flip the thumbstick from the right side to the left. I have not seen any evidence Razer has made one in the mirror image. If you would like that product, i would reach out to razer directly to make the product suggestion.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The keyboard is meant to be used only with your left hand since it is for gaming. You can use your right hand with it but you won't get the full use out of it. If you're interested in using a right handed keypad with an analog stick, try looking at Azeron keypads.
