If it’s under warranty, send it out for RMA and it will be fixed if you face a dead battery issue with casual usage and no external damage to the product. If the warranty period expire then you can still send it for RMA and they might charge you an amount for what’s needed to fix it. Would highly require getting the extended Best Buy protection plan for a year to avoid the entire RMA process through the manufacturer.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The battery on this recharges via a usb-c connection port on the front of the mouse so if it were to die you would just need to plug the mouse into the charger for a bit to recharge. You can also still use the mouse while it charges.
