• A:Answer If it’s under warranty, send it out for RMA and it will be fixed if you face a dead battery issue with casual usage and no external damage to the product. If the warranty period expire then you can still send it for RMA and they might charge you an amount for what’s needed to fix it. Would highly require getting the extended Best Buy protection plan for a year to avoid the entire RMA process through the manufacturer.
