It needs to be assembled but the instructions do a great job walking you through it. Took us about 15 minutes.

Front end needs to be assembled, I want to say it is %90 assembled. Just need to attach front wheel, handle, and front nose guard. Difficulty with basic knowledge of screwing things down, rate 2/10 difficulty.
