Questionhow to drain water out of portable indoor air conditioner?

- Answer There is a plug at the bottom this is the drain plug that you pull out and it drains the water. I put a couple old towels down and then do it. When I had a walk in shower I just wheeled it to the shower. Good Luck. I bought a RCA 12,000 Portable air conditioner. Because of different issues ( major) I would stay away from RCA ( Just my opinion)

- Answer 4 feet (48"). But I don't like how it fits... Same with a previous AC I had, so I had someone make me a panel out of a solid piece of wood (like a shelf type of panel)

QuestionHad this unit for 4 years and although it works. The tank inside is always full of water. And if unplugged the bottom drain mainly times nothing comes out. Only the top hose does but only when it’s running and it fills a bucket after a few hours.

- Answer you can cut the plastic down to about 10 inches if needed. Window width should not be a problem
