Will this work with a Dynex TV? null

According to the instructions, this item was suppose to work with all of the brands that I have. I am disappointed that it it worked with one TV and the only thing that worked was the volume control.

I hav a Dynex TV and Pronto is able to control my TV perfectly from iPhone6. It also controls so many other devices for me, i am not bound by 8 device limit by Harmony remotes.
