“Which device key do you use for DVD/VCRs? The directions say select the device key and power button but the remote does not have a DVD or aux button. RCA is very difficult to reach. I purchased last week and still can't figure it out? Help Please”

I had the same issue. The packaging, instructions and RCA website are all misleading. This remote WILL NOT work with DVD players per RCA customer support.
