A: It is very difficult to program, took me 45 minutes for a 5 min job, you must follow directions very carefully, they can be confusing. I was persistent and finally got it. Don’t do the auto program, will take you forever
A: I had the same issue. The packaging, instructions and RCA website are all misleading. This remote WILL NOT work with DVD players per RCA customer support.
