Q: QuestionI bought this unit with it advertised as "cools up to 550 square feet." I get it home and noticed on back of box "cools up to 500 square feet." Which is it? That's' a 10% difference!

• A:Answer A wall unit should be designed for a wall. The air to cool the unit goes in the sides that might be blocked by the wall. The wall units are more expensive. Take measurements and make sure the side vents won't be blocked by the walls then it should be OK.
