It should work but just be aware that you may not get all functions from the remote as compared to the original remotes. As an example I could not get into my TV's tool menu and thus I could not get to the sleep timer which I use all the time. I suspect this will happen with other devices also. You will get the basic functions only. As far as other devices such as the Roku, it will work but be aware if you have the earlier Roku that had the RF remote, the range with this remote will be limited as this remote is IR only and thus is line of sight. You have to be directly pointing at the device for it to work. I have discovered that unfortunately, unless you get the real expensive remotes for over 200 dollars which you can program, these remotes are compromises at best.
