From our home on the west side of Dearborn, Michigan, nextdoor to Detroit, I would say at least 30 miles. It picked up stations from at least that far away.

I was surprised to get 37 channels with this antenna - you have to perform a channel search after installing. My antenna is about 8 feet from a window, which helps. I have all of the major networks + PBS, ION, BBC, LAFF and a bunch of other local stations. Hope this helps!

They work great! The box says 35 mile range,and in the apartment,its like a cave. I've had no problems with it at all, very happy with my purchase. Can't go wrong with old school rabbit ear antennas, they worked back in the days when there was no cable,no satellite,or internet wifi.
