• It depends upon your tuner/cable box. You should be abee to connect the antenna to the coax not the back of your tv and the cable box via HDMI. Then, you should be able to alternate between the cable signal and the over the air signal by switching inputs on your TV (or receiver).

• Connect the antenna to the antenna jack and use the source button to select TV. If the signal is strong enough for the local broadcast of me.tv, you will be in luck!

• Yes, if your TV has a separate input to accept the F connector that is on the antenna. You will be able to view Picture in Picture of your TV supports it. Your FiOs receiver may accept the external antenna as well.
