“Have an old Magnavox TV-Will this antenna work to get any channels We have cable tv on other televisions that are newer-this tv is in office and would like to get some reception without having to pay additional monthly cable charges.”

The antenna will work great, but you will need a converter box because the old TV is analog and the new signals are all digital.
