“Does RCA give you a list of channels that should be available in the Madison, MS area?”

I don't know about MS, but there was no guide for PA. It finds the channels on it's own after you turn on the TV.

No but you can try a number of listings on the web including this one. http://www.tv.com/listings/

No. You go to menu for your tv and make sure its picking up antenna not cable. Then you select a channel scan and it will automatically pick up all channels available within range for your area.
