“Do I have to re-scan channels each time I turn the TV on?”

• No. Once you have programmed the channels available in your area. You should not have to re-scan the channels as they're already programmed in in your first scan. You should be available to find your channels using the up/down button on your remote and if you know the channel number you want to watch you should be able to input it.
