• Sometimes channels work and then stop working. I ended up buying a coaxial splitter and a second antenna. With two antennas and amplifiers hooked into one, i now get all the channels witha strong and consistent signal.

• Had this problem too all I did was move it a couple of inches and in a different direction and now I get them all…oh mine is standing behind my tv on a table and not hanging

• If you are in DFW, I can't get channel 11 or channel 13 either. You can try rescanning, though that didn't work for me.
