Hello Royal, I apologize, but with a custom PC it is very dependent on the customizations that have been made, and I simply don't see an audio jack on the link provided. The Rode VideoMic has a standard 3.5mm, 1/8th inch, male plug. As long as your computer allows for that input and can be selected as your audio source, the VideoMic would work for you. For further information, I recommend confirming with the manufacturer of the computer.
