Is this case big enough to hold the switch lite and the plugin charger that goes with it? null

It's made for the larger Switch. I wouldn't recommend putting the Switch Lite in this, it may get jumbled around. No room for charger unless you put your Switch Lite and charger right next to it?? I wouldn't recommend it.

Switch lite yes, with a USB C cable yes.  With the factory charger not even close without causing damage to the switch

This case is for a regular switch and it definitely won't hold the charger stand. A switch lite with a small wall or car charger would be a really tight squeeze. You might be able to work the charger in between the folds of the viewing stand. I personally don't have a Nintendo charger, so I can't experiment, but I was able to put in my USB phone charger cord. There are cases made specifically for the switch lite that might work out better for you though. I hope this helps.
