Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Square has a procedure in the trouble shooting section on doing a full factory reset. Perform the reset and re-pair the reader/iPad through the settings-hardware-card reader menus and it will work just fine. I had to do it 2-3 times in the last couple of weeks.
