No, it does not work. After the replacement, the back-up unit still gives out alarm's beep beep sound from the time to time. The battery fails. I plan to return to Best Buy.

Usually the batteries are installed in our UPSs. I recommend reaching out to alarm system vendor to see if our battery would work in the unit.
