• For Red Dead Redemption on Nintendo Switch— Version 1.0.0 is included on the game cart, there is a 233mb update for version 1.0.2. Both the main story and Undead Nightmare start without any additional downloads needed.

• The game is entirely on the cartridge though there is an update patch(319MB) though you don't need to download it to still play the game.

• I do not yet have this cart, but reports online are that yes, both Red Dead Redemption and Undead Nightmare will start without internet. There is a patch, but it is optional.
