• Windows Compatible Works with Windows XP/Vista/Windows 7/Windows 8/Windows 10. ( Also Linux, but only standard functionality) But... Reddragon does have their own software that gives you additional RGB control and things like key bindings and macros - that is for all listed versions of Windows (and it doesn't run at all on Linux.)

• Most keyboards are plug and play, they don't need any extra drivers. If it has extra buttons, then that would be a different story.
