• For the F7NP dash cam, the WiFi is mainly used for a direct connection between your phone and the dash cam, not for internet access. What the WiFi is for: Connect your phone to the dash cam via the app View recordings in real time Download videos directly to your phone Change settings more easily Important point: The WiFi does NOT require internet or a hotspot in your car. It works as a local connection only (like a link between your phone and the camera). Without WiFi: Remove the SD card and transfer files via a computer/card reader So even without any hotspot in your car, you can still fully use and access all recordings.
