“Do they install a saddle valve for a new waterline of they can not connect it to the sink? Also does anyone know if that smart choice kit they have you buy for this service includes it? I couldnt find it listed and I dont want any upcharges later.”

BEWARE... they DO NOT install the line unless there is a connection point conveniently located directly behind the refrigerator.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.They connected mine to my washer line in basement and did supply a valve. They told me they couldn't use my old saddle valve due to them being illegal to use because of leak issues. Don't know if this helps but wanted to say they did make sure all was done well and I haven't had any problems. The guys were very good at running the line where I wanted and made sure no leaks. Definitely worth the money to have them do it right.
