If it’s not installed so it’s level you should be able to call the store and have them come back and level it for you

If your home is older and has a plywood base and the joist at spaced over 18" apart it might be a "floor Flex" even with all the legs flat on the floor. My home from 1974 did this until I installed tile. you can also go under the crawl space and add a pier support under the kitchen at the fridge. They are like a jack stand, it will fix the issue.
