I face the same problem. It supposed is when I order from other place, I request to reserve the door when I placed order. No one care. Now it will have the third visit regarding same issue. Don’t buy it from Best Buy,

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Nope, delivery guys refused me. Told me it was impossible and that the fridge only opens one way even though from looking at the fridge you can see it can be opened on either side. I had to fo back to Bestbuy to get a refund for the service.

Please try again later.The delivery guys refused to reverse the doors even though it was obvious that in the spot where the refrigerator was going into, a right-side hinge would make it unusable. Literally, no way to get to the far side of the door and open it. Yet, even though they brought it into the house without doors on, they installed it that way anyway. And then they refused to redo it.

When mine was delivered, they told me they couldn't do anything inside my home and went through the steps of what to do to reverse the handles, but said they couldn't do it for me. Fortunately I didn't need it done. Your area may provide this service.
