Honestly, I'm a plumbing contractor and I always put new connection's with all new fixtures. It is way better to be safe than to be sorry in many of my experiences.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Don't listen to them. They are third party installers. They tried that nonsense with me. My plumber confirmed that the new line he ran was just fine, and it works just fine.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They told us the same thing. It's for liability purposes in case they install using the old one and it leaks.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do not have an existing water line.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Money Money!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I also had an existing water line. I made that clear to the salesman that I didn’t need the water line install & he removed from that portion. The water line kit does costs a little extra. Technician just connected new frig to existing line. Just be sure to let them know it’s already there so you’re not charged.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. That's true of a lot of places - if you buy the fridge you have to get a new line. It has something to do with warranty claims, I believe.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had to do the same thing because of the warranty on the refrigerator.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They came in with the new water line and everything.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you read my review, you will see that the installers reused my 15-year-old plastic line from the old refrigerator and never installed the stainless steel new one Best Buy required me to purchase. It was sitting in the box unopened next to fridge when I came home from work. Apparently, it must not be that important. I would think twice before I let Best Buy install this refrigerator in your house.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
