Kitchen outlets are often wired so the the top and bottom outlets are on separate circuits, so moving the plug might help. If not, use a cheap circuit tester or a small appliance to make sure the outlet has power. If it does, call the manufacturer for advice about your problem.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Delivery guys set up and plugged in before leaving to insure unit was in working order. You may have to check and see if your breaker was shut off, or check your GFI outlet for power.
