Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check to see that the icemaker is not jammed. This will happen with a lot of ice makers when using the crushed ice set up. To remedy that pull out the ice tray holder, and then clear out all the jammed ice. Replace the ice tray after doing that , and keep on cubed setting not crushed.

If you keep it on while water is dripping it will freeze up and cause additional problems. You could shut off the water supply line going to the fridge until it’s fixed.
