They won't do it. It requires a separate work order and $50 payment. So Frustrating!! They should have asked about this when we bought the fridge. Used to be part of the install of a fridge when delivered but not any more. Sad state.

Now I'm checking to see if i had the option to say that, because when I ordered online I do not remember ever being given the option to request this. If I had, I would have ABSOLUTELY said open on the right.
