No. They say upfront that they don't do anything with the waterline.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Because Stainless Steel wrapped water cables are flexible unlike a solid copper water line. This makes it much safer for cleaning and service. They may upgrade the old connectors to properly install your refrigerator.

The plumber who I had come out used the connector hose suppled by Best Buy and connected the refrigerator to my existing copper line in about 15 minutes.
