Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Because Stainless Steel wrapped water cables are flexible unlike a solid copper water line. This makes it much safer for cleaning and service. They may upgrade the old connectors to properly install your refrigerator.

The plumber who I had come out used the connector hose suppled by Best Buy and connected the refrigerator to my existing copper line in about 15 minutes.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Some installation crews will install the copper line and some may not. Depends on their mood. I had to buy their stainless steel hose for $30. Ripped me off on it. As you see in the photos it still connects to a copper line.
