• During my installation, the doors were removed to get into the house. Only they would not reconnect them to the opposite side that day. I had to call and make another "installation" appointment for someone to come and switch the door hinge connection. I recommend discussing that with whomever sets up your delivery appointment so they can schedule it properly the day of the delivery.

• My husband needed to remove both our screen door and inside steel door to fit the refrigerator into the house, the delivery guys did not remove the refrigerator doors...However, the handles were not on & they attached them after the refrigerator was inside.
