Please try again later.I don't know where you got set up fee from there's no setup fee you just paid the straight 50 bucks a month they're fair and they don't even charge tax and plus they'll comp you a month or two first two months I didn't even pay because the first one broke on me the first month I had it and had to ship it back so they caught me a month and then waiting on the Voyager to get there since I upgraded they caught me another month the building department's real easy to work with so you just pay the $50 a month that's it you probably the first $50 and Best buy give you a $50 gift card if you buy it through them so that's free and then the second month you have it you pay $59 or whatever it is with insurance and everything and then it's $59 from there on out every month and that's it billing department's real easy to work with real easy to get a hold of whenever you call them they'll send you a shipping label you ship it back and they cut it off the day you quit using it when you get the shipping label and you pay a prorated amount
