• No, you order it through best buy which sends you a link to unagi rental program. Once registered they deliver to your home. Took a out five days or so til I got mine

• No I don’t think so?? You initially purchase the rental agreement through Best Buy. But right after that they move communication from them to Unagis customer service. Unagi are the ones that process your contract and ship your scooter out to you

• The scooter is shipped a couple days after you purchase the subscription. Usually about 3 days to ship and 7 days to arrive.
