“In February I had a Viper auto starter installed. Recently it stopped working. I changed the remote battery, it didn't help. Both remotes show a red light and then makes a low pitched noise. Should I bring it in to the shop? Do I need appointment?”

All of our car electronics installs come with a lifetime warranty of work, so you should bring that back in to us. please call or visit your local Best Buy to get a time set up. We're coming up on the busiest part of the year, so I'd suggest getting this done as soon as you can to avoid a long wait.
