No they won't let you as it void the warranty for the workman ship. I bought the system from amazon and tried to have it installed in BBY but they said no. I had to return amazon one and buy the bundle with Best Buy.

Please try again later.If it's a product from a manufacturer that is carried by Best Buy, it can be installed (this includes anything made DEI like Avital, Python, or Clifford). However, installation charges will vary depending on what the system will take to install and you generally will end up spending about the same after paying for installation as you would've if it was purchased through Best Buy in the first place.
