• Hi Faa, Thank you for sending your inquiry. Our Renogy - PHOENIX 300 Battery-Powered 337Wh Capacity Portable Power Station - Black is not FAA approved since it was built with a Lithium Battery. FAA regulations state that portable LFP batteries must be <100WH. Hope it helps.
