Does the pre order include the steel book case? null

The deluxe edition did. Not sure about standard.

Was advertised to come with the steel book case. I pre-ordered and didn't get it.

They won’t be able to tell you. I had to screenshot a SKU nimber for it for the clerk to ring it up. Then they wanted to charge me $10. Called the manager and he was also clueless about it. I came to pick it up when it released. The clerk then voided it when I questioned about the $10 charge again for something meant to be free (I showed an email bestbuy sent out to another buyer indicating the item is FREE OF CHARGE). I got the deluxe edition game, the steelbook case, but did not recieve my samurai edge pre-order bonus for Claire and Leon

Nope, only plastic cover with its extras. They are going to be releasing the steal cover if you want to wait for it.

Yes, mine shipped. However, this will be available to purchase separately the day of release.
