• Alternate outfits are included with a PC pre-order so I would assume the same for PS4/XB1.

• I actually just checked. The steelbook pre-order does come with the bonus costume DLC. Best Buy emails the code to you. I just redeemed it a minute ago. So make sure you check your email for it.
