Unfortunately no, you have to preorder the game. You will not get the steel case until game release and pay it off completely. I just called and confirmed with 7 different stores and corporate office.

Technically no, BUT what you can do, and what I did for Zombie Army 4 recently was preorder the game. Then you'll see the game and steelbook in your order, and then just cancel the game itself. The steelbook will stay within the order and you'll then be charged for it separately!
