• Addendum: I just confirmed that it does work with the iPod Touch. Look at the last photo, where it shows the back of the box. The first feature listed is that it's compatible with most smartphones "and the iPod Touch.". So if you have the iPod Touch and not merely the music player, yes, it'll work.

• It depends on what you mean by iPod. If you mean the music player, then no, since it doesn't have the screen required to accommodate both eyes. But if you mean the iPod Touch, which is basically a smartphone without the phone, then I don't see why not. The Touch runs the same apps as iPhones and has the same screen dimensions so it should work.
