It's a Virtual Reality headset. You put your smart-phone inside it and use it to view virtual-reality movies/"experiences" or play 3D games. It's functionally similar to Google Cardboard.

Its a virtual reality simulator that create 2 image to 1 3d images. Uses two eyes to focus and create a virtual world you think and tricks your brain into thinking your in the other world. When you watch movie 2d your seeing, its always flat but when you try the utopia 3d by watching vr 360 video your get the sensation as if your there! It uses your phone require a phone to see 3d, just set your phone to the slot and your ready up to go for gaming/movies or video watching.
